Limited Warranty

Warranty Period:

EMCOD warrants all products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, under proper storage, installation, use and service for 5 years from date the original sale by EMCOD. 

During warranty period, defective product will be repaired, replaced or credited at EMCOD's sole discretion after EMCOD's experts inspect and test the product in question.

This warranty will not cover any product that:

Not installed and operated in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and EMCOD's instructions.                                  

Damaged during transportation, accident, abuse, misuse, lightening, electrical surges or act of God.

Damaged as a result of repairs, modification or alternating done by direct customer or third party.

The warranties and remedies set forth herein are exclusive and lieu other warranties whether, express or implied, including all warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all warranties arising from course of dealing or usage or trade. 

Limitation of Liability:                                                        

EMCOD's liability is limited strictly to repair, replace or credit the company product and is not responsible for transportation's damages, misuse, any incidental, consequential damages, loss of profit, sales, loss of use of the product or any other goods or equipment or damage to any equipment, facility injury to person or property, any removal or reinstallation cost or expenses, including without limitation labor cost or expenses.
